History: With a long and varied history dating back to its beginnings in 1785 when it was created by Florens-Louis Heidsieck, Piper-Heidsieck is one of Champagne's most well-known yet under-estimated houses. Today the house is owned by the same family as Charles Heidsieck, Rare Champagne, Biondi Santi and Chateau la Verrerie, benefitting from the quality ethos that drives the continual investment in winemaking and vineyards from the Descours family.
Regional information: This signature cuvée of the House is a round and vibrant non-vintage cuvée Brut, recalling the rich variety of its blend of 100 crus from across the patchwork of Champagne vineyards. The vineyards are located in Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, Aube and Vallée de la Marne.
Vinification: First fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine was bottled and then kept for three years to mature in the cellars of Piper-Heidsieck. The yeast was expelled in a process called disgorgement and the bottle was topped up with some reserve wine. The bottles were allowed to rest for six months before being shipped.

We offer free shipping and delivery on all of our products within the mainland UK for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 there is a set delivery charge of £3.95
For hardware and other large items dispatched via courier a delivery charge may apply depending on your location (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some areas of Scotland). If you are located in an area where a delivery charge is applicable this will be calculated and displayed once the item is added to your basket.

Standard delivery - Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, DPD.
You are able to track you order with your unique shipping reference whice was sent at the time of dispatch, this can also be found in your my account section if you have created one at the time of purchase

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be dispatched up until 2pm the same day (Monday –Friday). this is for all available delivery methods
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be dispatched the next business day (Monday –Friday).
What if i pre order an item, when will i recieve the delivery?
When placing a preorder your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the item. In most cases you will recieve the item on the release date, Royal mail are unable to guarantee this but we aim to deliver before hand so you will recieve your item on the release shedule
Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by Us.
