Made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, picked at the exact moment of ripeness for delicious dark fruit notes; generous, flavoursome, dark, and mysterious.

It is a very versatile wine and is recommended with barbecued or braised meats like beef, pork, lamb and game. Equally delicious accompanying mushrooms and grilled vegetables. The smooth and rich flavours of the wine are especially lifted with spicy sauces and matured cheeses. Perfect for a nice dinner with friends but delicious on it's own too.
