The rejuvenating power of SUBLIMAGE Masque stems from the fruit of Vanilla Planifolia, vanilla from Madagascar. A botanical treasure, this fruit boasts unique properties that act on all signs of aging. Crafted by CHANEL, it forms the quintessence of rejuvenating power: Planifolia PFA.* Argan oil, known for its ultra-nourishing properties, soothes and softens skin. *PFA: CHANEL uses a specific process, Polyfractioning, to create pure, rare and precious ingredients. It takes 105 kg of green fruits to produce 1 kg of Planifolia PFA (PFA = PolyFractioning of Active ingredients).
how to use
SUBLIMAGE Masque is a unique skincare product, to be applied to the face one to three times a week. Use the spatula to place a small amount of the mask onto the flat part of the brush. Then, smooth onto clean, dry skin, from the neck to the forehead, with upward movements. Avoid contact with eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes to allow skin to absorb the ingredients. Gently wipe off excess product with a tissue. Do not rub. Place hands over the face and gently stretch skin outwards, holding the position for a few seconds. Do not rinse.

Delivery Information
We offer free shipping and delivery on all of our products within the mainland UK for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 there is a set delivery charge of £3.95
For hardware and other large items dispatched via courier a delivery charge may apply depending on your location (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some areas of Scotland). If you are located in an area where a delivery charge is applicable this will be calculated and displayed once the item is added to your basket.

Two Day delivery - On dispatch you can expect to receive your order in 48hours after dispatch business day (Monday –Friday). Please note this will exclude some areas of Scotland which can take longer
Standard delivery - Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, DPD.
You are able to track you order with your unique shipping reference whice was sent at the time of dispatch, this can also be found in your my account section if you have created one at the time of purchase

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be dispatched up until 2pm the same day (Monday –Friday). this is for all available delivery methods
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be dispatched the next business day (Monday –Friday).
What if i pre order an item, when will i recieve the delivery?
When placing a preorder your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the item. In most cases you will recieve the item on the release date, Royal mail are unable to guarantee this but we aim to deliver before hand so you will recieve your item on the release shedule
Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by Us.
