Monopole is based and produced in Epernay, one of the key regions for the production of wine where many of the famous and original names in Champagne are established. Vinification: Heidsieck & Co. Monopole is produced using the traditional Champagne method. Grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are carefully selected from key regions before undertaking the precise process of transforming them into Champagne over 3 to 5 years minimum. Our winemaker, Dominique Pichart sees that the utmost care, skill and expertise is utilised to ensure the excellent quality of this Marque is maintained.

Delivery Information
We offer free shipping and delivery on all of our products within the mainland UK for all orders over £50. For orders under £50 there is a set delivery charge of £3.95
For hardware and other large items dispatched via courier a delivery charge may apply depending on your location (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, some areas of Scotland). If you are located in an area where a delivery charge is applicable this will be calculated and displayed once the item is added to your basket.

Standard delivery - Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, DPD.

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders will be dispatched up until 2pm the same day (Monday –Friday). this is for all available delivery methods
If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be dispatched the next business day (Monday –Friday).
What if i pre order an item, when will i recieve the delivery?
When placing a preorder your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the item. In most cases you will recieve the item on the release date, Royal mail are unable to guarantee this but we aim to deliver before hand so you will recieve your item on the release shedule
Release dates are decided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by Us.
