Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc 75cl
The Paul mas vineyards are located in the Occitanie region of South of France, and are planted on the hillsides of the best wine-producing valleys of the region. Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from low-yield vineyards; it is then aged in stainless steel tanks. This wine shows nice gooseberry and passion fruit aromas, with a touch of citrus fruits. It has a fresh and vivid mouthfeel, with a long finish.
Like fine tailoring, we craft our wines with precision, care and passion. Our sunny vineyards are our workshops where, inspired by our rural roots, we cultivate authenticity and style. To us, this is true luxury, what we call 'rural luxury'.
Tasting notes
The colour is limpid, clear with green highlights. The nose is aromatic, with notes of lemon and lime combined with gooseberry and pink grapefruit. A touch of fresh cut grass adds elegance to the nose. In the palate, the wine is well-balanced, with refreshing acidity and notes of exotic fruit.
