Can I use different payment methods?

Do you dispatch your items from overseas?
We are based in the UK and all items are dispatched from mainland UK using reputable couriers such as Royal Mail and DPD.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you are emailed a dispatch confirmation which includes your tracking number. You can use this on the courier's delivery portal entering your reference. If you require any assistance with your tracking you can contact us at info@shopplay.co.uk

Can I exchange my item for something else?
As an online retailer we are unable to offer exchanges. You can however place your order for the new item you require and send the other back to us for a refund. Please note refunds will only be completed if they meet the requirements of the refund policy.
